Leder & Hale, PC is pleased to announce that Mary C. Biscoe-Hall has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Biscoe-Hall served as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases in the District and Circuit Courts in Baltimore City. She also previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence P. Fletcher-Hill of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. She earned her JD from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and graduated from Frostburg State University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Law & Society and Sociology.
